SUMMARY:Casino Volunteers Needed
DESCRIPTION:We Need Your Help!\n\n\nWe need volunteers to help at our casino dates coming up on Wed Oct 6 and Thur Oct 7.\n\n\nBeing a registered charity\, we get one opportunity per year for this and the two days of volunteer time equates to over $40\,000 historically. Those funds go to support local kids and families who are very much in need currently. Learn more Uncles and Aunts at Large\, Adaptabilities and Camp Warwa below.\n\n\n\nIf you’re not familiar with how charities work with Casinos and similar\, it’s a part of AGLC in Alberta that they need to donate back a portion of revenue to charities in exchange for those charities helping staff with volunteers.\n\n\n\nNo experience necessary\, it’s always a fun group\, interesting to learn how casinos work… plus who doesn’t like counting thousands of dollars?\n\n\n\nPure Gaming Yellowhead casino is operating under the Restrictions Exemption Program\, so all volunteers will need to provide their vaccine confirmation\, negative PCR test\, or documented medical exemption.\n\n\n\nWe need to fill 24 spots and a few backups for both days:\n\n\n\nWed\, October 6\nDay Shift (9AM-7PM):\n– Banker x 1\n– Cashier x 2 (second shift from 11:30AM-7PM)\n– Chip Runner x 2 (second shift from 11:30AM-7PM)\nNight Shift (6:30PM-3AM):\n– Chip Runner x 2\nCount Room (11PM-3AM):\n– Countroom x 5\n\n\n\nThur\, October 7\nDay Shift (9AM-7PM):\n– Banker x 1\n– Cashier x 2 (second shift from 11:30AM-7PM)\n– Chip Runner x 2 (second shift from 11:30AM-7PM)\nNight Shift (6:30PM-3AM):\n– Chip Runner x 2\nCount Room (11PM-3AM):\n– Countroom x 5\n\n\n\nIf you’re able to help out\, or have any questions\, contact our club member Ted Ritzen via contact us.

SUMMARY:AdaptAbilities team up with Craft Beer Market
DESCRIPTION:Craft Beer promotion \nWe could not be more excited to announce that from June 7th to the end of summer\, AdaptAbilities will be teaming up with CRAFT Beer Market Edmonton to take part in their Community Brew Program. \nWhat is the Community Brew Program\, you ask? \nDuring these next 3 summer months\, $1 from each Community Brew Beer sold will go to support AdaptAbilities. Donations ensure that no child or adult is turned away from our camps and programs for financial reasons. \nThe Community Brew Beer being featured is The Cowboy Crusher. The Crusher is from the Vancouver-based Parallel 49 Brewing Company. It is an India Session Ale made using Citra and Mosaic hops\, creating a strong citrus and stone fruit flavour with a light\, clean finish. \nQuench your thirst this summer\, with a cool\, crisp pint of The Crusher\, and help us make the world a more inclusive place – one beer at a time! \nhttp://craftbeermarket.ca/edmonton
